From guacamole to buffalo chicken, many easy dips already fall into the keto category. So choose your dippers wisely and let the party begin! You can start with one of my many favorites, like crab rangoon, or work your way down the list. From sweet to savory and everything in between, there’s a low carb keto dip recipe here for everybody.
1. Keto Roasted Eggplant Dip (Baba Ganoush)
Kicking off this party is baba ganoush, a classic Lebanese dip that turns roasted eggplant into a dreamy delight. You’ll only want to use the flesh and discard the skin. It will help give it a creamier consistency. Keto-friendly pita chips are a top-notch choice for dipping. You can also go the protein route and pair it with lamb or chicken skewers.
2. Keto Crack Dip
I warn you now that this dip is super addictive. It’s also hands-down one of the quickest dips you can whip up, making it impossible to resist. All that you have to do is mix cream cheese with sour cream, Ranch dressing, bacon, scallions, and cheddar cheese. Top Tip: if you make the dressing from scratch, you can reduce the carbs even more.
3. Keto BLT Dip
Ditch the bread and turn your favorite bacon sandwich into a fun dip. Dairy-free sour cream and cream cheese are the base. Meanwhile, the top gets loaded with classic BLT fillings. Since this dip calls for dairy-free alternatives, lactose-intolerant folks can enjoy it too.
4. Cheesy Low Carb Keto Spinach Artichoke Dip
Spinach and artichoke dip is always a winner. And it’s also a terrific choice for going low-carb. It already has a creamy, cheesy base and the perfect combo of fillings. All you need to do is mix the right ratios and pair it with a keto-friendly dipper. I like celery and carrot sticks, but you can branch out with anything that adheres to the keto diet.
5. Keto Tzatziki
This tzatziki is so good that I can eat it with a spoon! But when I have company, I like to serve it with a side of veggies. Cucumbers and bell peppers work well, as do grilled zucchini spears. It’s super creamy, garlicky, and has the right amount of dill to make it very fresh.
6. Warm Low Carb Spinach Dip with Cheese
Prefer your spinach dip without the artichokes? Try this low-carb recipe. It’s a warm, gooey mix of three types of cheese, garlic, and baby spinach. Fresh or frozen spinach both work, so use what you already have on hand.
7. Keto Jalapeno Popper Dip
This keto dip is creamy, spicy, and downright delicious. Best of all, it’s low in carbs and perfect for your next party! Serve with keto chips, pork rinds, or celery.
8. Tex-Mex Poblano Artichoke Dip
Are you hosting your friends for the big next game? Then, add this Tex-Mex dip to the menu. Sautéed poblanos and onions blend with artichokes in a ridiculously creamy base. How creamy, you ask? Let’s just say there’s mayo involved as well as three types of cheese.
9. Cold Crab Dip with Cream Cheese
Whether hosting a summer bash or chill backyard get-together, cold crab dip is what you’ll want to serve your guests. This six-ingredient recipe is jam-packed with crab meat in a creamy mix of sour cream and cream cheese. And you know what else? It only takes five minutes to prep!
10. Baked Hot Onion Dip
Grab the pork rinds because they’re the best thing to dunk in this hot dip. It’s very heavy on the cheese and onions, and you can add as much or as little hot sauce as you like. A sprinkle of chives is the perfect garnish, or try it with fresh herbs.
11. Keto Cheesy Sausage Dip
Need a game day appetizer that’s keto-approved? This cheesy sausage dip is just the thing. Calling for only five ingredients, this will be ready in a flash. Italian sausage and cheese are obviously the stars. But you’ll love the notes of tomatoes and jalapeńo.
12. Keto Crab Rangoon Dip
Crab rangoon is one of my favorite appetizers. But, unfortunately, it’s not exactly keto-friendly. Luckily, this dip is! Meaty crab, cream cheese, garlic, pimentos, and more come together in a casserole dish for this spoonable dip. Wanna know how long it takes? Only 25 minutes!
13. Keto Pizza Dip Supreme
Give pizza night a fun twist with this tasty dip. The kids will it, and I have a hunch you will too. You’ll take all the best parts of supreme pizza and transform it into a hot cheesy dip. Bell peppers, olives, and mozzarella are a must. So is an Italian red pizza sauce like Rao’s Arrabiata Sauce. That said, go for marinara if that’s all you have.
14. Smoked Salmon Dip
While there are a ton of killer keto dips, this smoked salmon dip tops my list. The texture is the epitome of fluffy and creamy, while the flavor is beyond irresistible. It’s obviously big on the smoked salmon, but there’s some salty capers, pungent horseradish, and lemon zest in there too. Yum!
15. Keto Dill Pickle Dip
Here’s a fun dip I think your friends will get a kick out of. It’s fresh, creamy, and tastes just like a pickle! To get the right dill flavor, you’ll need pickle juice, dill, and of course, fresh pickles.
16. Crock Pot Queso Dip (3 Ingredients)
Got people coming over for game night but don’t have the energy to cook? Sometimes, it’s just best to let the Crock-Pot do all the work. Toss cream cheese, jack cheese, and your favorite salsa verde inside. Then a couple of hours later, your yummy queso is ready!
17. Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip
Thanks to this recipe, you can turn your favorite wings into a party dip! This bowl is oozing with buffalo sauce, tons of cheese, and shredded chicken. Add some celery sticks to the side, and you’ll be in low-carb heaven.
18. Creamy Bacon Horseradish Dip
If flavor is what you want, flavor is what you’ll get. Horseradish packs a punch in this dip, though it blends flawlessly with the Greek yogurt and mayo base. Add bacon crumbles, and it’s even more keto-friendly. Low carb and quick, this is a great dip to pair with a ton of fresh veggies.
19. Low Carb Remoulade Sauce
From crab cakes to meatballs, this low-carb remoulade sauce is a flavor enhancer for a range of proteins. The combination of Old Bay, Dijon, Worcestershire, and spices overload the mayo with an explosion of flavor. And it’s as easy as plopping all the ingredients into the blender.
20. Keto 7 Layer Taco Dip with Meat
Ready for classic seven-layer dip to get a meaty twist? Me too. This recipe takes all the best parts of a taco and ditches the shell. And as the name suggests, seven wonderful layers will have your tastebuds singing. You’ve got savory ground beef, taco seasoned sour cream, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and more.
21. Low Carb Keto Ranch Dressing
Salads, protein-style sandwiches, and veggie spears all taste a little better with this keto ranch dressing. I think it’s better than store-bought and it meets your dietary needs. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to make it. Simply mix everything together and the dressing is ready.
22. Avocado Mayo
Avocado mayo has endless uses, and it’s low-carb to boot. Drizzle it on a salad, slap it on a bunless burger, or serve it up with a platter of veggies. You can even turn it into a thick condiment or creamy dip by adjusting how much olive oil you use.
23. Easy Keto Guacamole Dip with Sour Cream
Say hello to your new favorite guacamole. All you need is four ingredients and about five minutes. It’s got your standard guac staples like avocado and lime. But the real kicker is the addition of sour cream!
24. Keto Fruit Dip with Only 4 Ingredients
Craving something sweet? I know I am! Cream cheese and heavy cream are the base of this super fluffy dip. And you’ll want to add just a hint of vanilla for its wonderful scent. Sugar-free powder sugar sweetens the deal, and it’ll only cost you two net carbs. This yummy sweet dip goes great with keto-friendly fruits like raspberries and peaches.
25. Vegan Spinach Avocado Dip
You might have noticed that many of these keto dips are loaded with cheese. So, what about the vegans? Don’t worry; I got you! This vegan dip is such a shining gem in a sea of cheesy, meaty recipes. You’ll blend up an array of green produce, including spinach, avocado, cilantro, and lime. Add coconut yogurt for a thicker texture.
26. Hot Caprese Dip
Caprese salad lovers will want to polish off every last bite of this hot dip. It takes the traditional ingredients of fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil and turns them into a dippable treat. Add Monterey jack to make it extra gooey and sour cream to make it creamier. Serve it hot out of the oven in a casserole dish and dig in!
27. Keto Cheesy Chorizo Dip
Spicy, meaty, and cheesy, this keto chorizo dip is my idea of the perfect game day dip. In between the Mexican chorizo and jack cheese, it’s oozing with flavor. Plus, you pack in even more heat with jalapeños. Add a sprinkle of cilantro and green onions to break up the richness. You’ll want sturdy dippers for this one. I like celery or homemade keto tortilla chips!
28. Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dip with Greek Yogurt
If you like Mexican dip that’s more fresh than meaty, you’ll want a bite of this. With a handful of cilantro and a hint of lime, it’s as fresh as can be. It’s also velvety smooth, thanks to the Greek yogurt and avocado. Not only is it a fine dip for all your summer parties, but it’s also an excellent accompaniment to salads, grilled fish, and more.
29. Chicken Bacon Cheddar Cream Cheese Dip
When I have leftover chicken and guests arriving soon, there’s one dip that always saves the day. This meaty cream cheese dip not only doubles down on the meat, but it doubles down on the cheese too. Give it some more body with sour cream and sprinkle on green onions, so it pops.
30. Tasty Roasted Garlic Dip
Garlic lovers like me can’t get enough of this 25-minute dip. It is heavy on the roasted garlic and very creamy to match. You’ll want a variety of fresh herbs like dill and parsley. And don’t forget the extra drizzle of olive oil on top. Delish!
31. Sugar-Free Nut Butter Dip
Hungry tykes and a busy schedule can make life hectic. That’s why easy keto snacks like this exist. Sugar-free peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and sugar-free maple syrup come together for a fast 10-minute dip. Slather it on celery or pair it with baby carrots for a quick bite. It’s also a fun dip for family gatherings and parties.
32. Copycat Chipotle Guacamole
Guacamole is full of healthy fats. It’s also effortless to make! And I just love how Chipotle does it. They have the ratios dialed in with just six ingredients, making it perfect every time. So skip the line and make it at home. You won’t be sorry.
33. Hot Louisiana Shrimp Dip
This dip has me doing my happy dance! There is a ton of good food in the South. But this is one crowd-pleaser anyone can make in just 15 minutes. This hot Louisiana dip is brimming with shrimp, packed with creamy ingredients, and spiced just right with creole seasoning. Dippers aside, it’s only got two grams of carbs!
